DETAILED PROJECT SCOPE:
We are in need of an experienced Project Manager who will have overall responsibility for coordination of all activities in accordance with the final RFP response and project schedule. The Project Management Service combines experienced individuals and industry-standard tools with our market-tested methodology. Verizon is committed to providing quality engineering support, services and products to our customers. Verizon will conduct a minimum daily engagement of 8 hours, but may require 12-hour site availability during scheduled on-site days. Upon project initiation, the PM will also establish the quality assurance process, including a 100% customer satisfaction survey. The PM will review the results to coordinate continuous improvement, and provide monthly satisfaction reports to the customer’s project point of contact. Additionally, the PM will oversee two (2) Level 1 Network Engineers who will work in customer’s NOC and provide support to the deployment of this solution.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Ten plus years of experience in IT project management
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be PMP certified
